Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

• Access to Gmail for Job Application Tracking: With your explicit consent, we access your Gmail account via Google's OAuth authentication solely for the purpose of identifying job-related emails. This enables us to automatically update the status of your job applications by analysing relevant messages. We do not share, sell, or use the content of your emails for any other purpose. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. Our use and handling of this data strictly comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The Com­pa­ny will re­tain Your Per­son­al Data only for as long as is nec­es­sary for the pur­pos­es set out in this Pri­va­cy Pol­i­cy. We will re­tain and use Your Per­son­al Data to the ex­tent nec­es­sary to com­ply with our le­gal oblig­a­tions(for ex­am­ple, if we are re­quired to re­tain your data to com­ply with ap­plic­a­ble laws), re­solve dis­putes, and en­force our le­gal agree­ments and poli­cies.

The Com­pa­ny will also re­tain Us­age Data for in­ter­nal analy­sis pur­pos­es.
